Stainless steel skirting installation construction technology:
Construction preparation → fixed wooden wedges installation →
preservative brushing → skirting board wood substrate installation

1. Stainless steel skirting installation construction methods and
technical measures.
(1) Install the base plate of the skirting board in the wall, and
drive the wooden wedges every 400mm. Before installation, first
bounce the control line to the wall according to the design
elevation, so that the upper part of the stainless steel foot plate
coincides with the elevation control line.
(2) Install wooden battens at the corners of the stainless steel
feet and the ground or install round-corner finished wooden
battens.
(3) The joint of the stainless steel foot board base plate should
be made with tenon or slope pressing, and 45° beveled at the 90°
corner.
(4) Brush water and asphalt preservative on the back of the
stainless steel feet. When installing, the base plate of the
stainless steel foot plate should be tightly attached to the
vertical wall, the upper mouth should be straight, and the nailing
must be firm. Use a pneumatic nail gun to directly nail the wooden
wedge. If the nailing is used, the nail cap must be flattened and
flushed Into the board 2-3mm, the length of the nail is twice the
thickness of the board, and the spacing should not be greater than.
(5) The stainless steel finish work will be carried out after all
the indoor construction is completed. The surface protection film
should be torn before completion. When the matt stainless steel
veneer is glued to the base plate, it should be glued at intervals,
and the interval should be less than 300mm. The interface should be
flattened by pressing strips.
